Icon Solutions is looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to join its team of IT experts and enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will be spirited with a proven track record in sales and marketing and with a good grasp of IT and digital marketing. Responsibilities:

• Lead generation
• Reaching or surpassing sales targets
• Negotiating contracts with potential customers
• Assisting in the creation of pricing outlines for quotations, promotions, and bargaining
• Preparing monthly and weekly reports
• Giving sales presentations to potential customers
• Coordinating marketing and sales initiatives
• Recognising and encouraging business initiatives
• Requesting deposits and remaining payments from customers
• Putting together and sending sales agreements for orders
• Visiting customers and potential customers to assess requirements or to market goods and services
• Keeping client records up-to-date
• Addressing inquiries from customers regarding credit conditions, goods, services, costs, and availability

Requirements For Sales & Marketing Represenative:

• Business, marketing, economics, or a similar discipline as a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in sales and marketing
• Knowledge of the dynamics and process of sales
• A dedication to providing superior customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A valid driver’s license
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the capacity to establish rapport with clients and suppliers quickly
• Excellent knowledge of IT and digital marketing
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
